We have desigtned a bespoke package of services which cover all of the different areas required to launch a new business enabling you to open a permanent hair reduction centre in a short period of time:

Administration

We provide information and support for:

• Identifying appropriate insurances.
• Help finding the right premises, lease negotiation.
• Compliance with all legal requirements for operation (following guidelines set by the Care Quality Commission and registration).
• Support in hiring staff and initial selection process.

Centre Outfitting

• We supply the specifications and source the materials for the interior of each centre and managing the process.

Operating costs:

Each month there are three main costs to be considered (apart from staff):

• Consumables for treatment: these costs depend on the number of treatments given but normally work out at 10% of the sale amount. DepiCool benefits from cost-savings by buying centrally, and passing savings onto franchisees.
• Royalties: £250 to support franchisees, give assistance, visit the premises, network emulation, on-going training etc.

• Marketing fee: £300 to support customer generation, all marketing and advertising campaigns.
