What can we offer?

We are currently looking for passionate individuals to become our franchise partners operating their own local recruitment business in territories that complement our established network throughout the UK. Our comprehensive training programme and ongoing support means no previous recruitment experience is required.

• Locating business premises
• Recruiting a team of 2-3 consultants
• Building relationships with local companies through telesales, client visits and marketing campaigns
• Attracting and maintaining a candidate database
• Matching people’s career aspirations with companies’ recruitment requirements for permanent and temporary staff
